ACO-PAT series —Spindle Oil Chiller

A spindle oil chiller (also called spindle oil cooler) is a closed-loop industrial cooling device specifically designed for high-speed machine tool spindles. It primarily controls the temperature of circulating lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.

During actual machining, the high-speed rotation of the spindle generates a significant amount of heat. If the oil temperature is not effectively controlled, the spindle will deform due to thermal expansion, directly affecting machining accuracy and accelerating component wear over long-term operation. The function of a spindle oil cooler is to stabilize the oil temperature within a small, set range, fundamentally suppressing thermal deformation and ensuring the spindle operates in a stable state.

This oil cooler is suitable for machining scenarios requiring high equipment stability, such as CNC milling machines, vertical machining centers (VMCs), and precision lathes. When used in conjunction with a spindle oil cooler, it effectively improves machining consistency, reduces spindle maintenance frequency, and extends the overall machine lifespan.
