HITC-W series — Energy-saving variable frequency water chiller

An inverter industrial chiller is an intelligent industrial temperature control device that uses an inverter to drive the compressor and water pump/fan. TOBEL's industrial scroll inverter chillers are designed for applications requiring precise temperature control, low energy consumption, and easy installation.

In industrial production, equipment rarely operates at full load all the time. Inverter water chillers are most efficient at low loads of 25%-75%, saving factories operating costs. Unlike non-inverter chillers, the compressor in an inverter chiller continuously adjusts its speed according to actual cooling demand. This results in energy savings of 20% to 40% compared to non-inverter chiller units.

TOBEL's HITC-W series inverter chillers mostly adopts compressors from well-known brands such as COPELAND, PANASONIC, and INVOTEC, providing a core guarantee for the efficient and stable operation of the chiller units.

    Characteristic

    • High efficient and energy saving: using variable frequency drive, the overall performance of the cooling unit is significantly improved. The power can be saving around 30% compared with the fixed frequency unit.
    • Precise temperature control: the temperature of chilled water outlet is controlled within ±0.1°C.
    • Rapid cooling:compared to fixed frequency water chillers, the cooling time is shorten around 50%.
    • Long service life: variable frequency hosts mostly operate under low-speed load, which has less wear on the compressor.
    • Low starting current: variable frequency unit starts at low voltage, thereby the starting current is low and has little interference to the power grid.

    1.The cooling capacity is based on the inlet water temperature of 7°C and outlet water temperature of 12 °C, and ambient temperature is 30°C/35°C.

    2.Working condition: Chilled water temperature range is from 5°C to 35°C; the difference between inlet and outlet of chilled water temperature is from 3°C to 8°C, and ambient temperature is lower than 35°C.
