HLCW series — High and low temperature integrated machine

Industrial water chillers are divided into two types: air-cooled and water-cooled, mainly referring to the different condensers. Technically, water cooling is 300 to 500 kcal/h higher than air cooling; In terms of price, water cooling is much lower than air cooling; In the installation, water cooling needs to be incorporated into the cooling tower before use, and air cooling is mobile without other assistance. However, air cooled water chiller relies on the fan to dissipate heat, which has requirements for the ambient environment: such as ventilation, humidity, air PH value and etc...

HLCW series is high and low temperature circulation device, the liquid circulation of the whole system is closed. The system is equipped with an expansion container, the expansion container doesn’t participate in the liquid circulation. No matter the temperature of the liquid circulation is high or low temperature, the medium in the expansion container is below 60 degrees. In this closed system, there is no water vapor absorption at low temperature, and no oil mist at high temperature, the thermal oil can operate at a wide range of temperature. For the same machine, the same heat conduction medium can control the temperature from -95 degrees to 200 degrees. Cooling capacity ranges from 1KW to 80KW. No mechanical or electronic valves are used in the whole circulation system.

    • Drying and temperature control of cathode materials
    • Heating and temperature control of anode material reactor, temperature control of lithium electric diaphragm production line, electrolyte injection liquid temperature control
    • Testing field, such as motor pump test, battery pack test,electric drive axle test,gearbox test,shell of wind turbine blade test,etc.

    • Communication function can achieve automatic management (optional)
    • Control mode: adopting imported minicomputer or PLC (optional)
