Installation steps:
- Site selection and fixing: Select a well-ventilated and flat location to ensure that the equipment is away from heat and vibration sources. If the oil chilleris equipped with casters, ensure that the casters are fixed to avoid movement during operation.
- Pipeline connection: Connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes according to the equipment model to ensure good pipeline sealing and avoid leakage.
- Power connection: Connect the appropriate power supply according to the equipment nameplate requirements.
- Refrigerant filling: The oil chiller is usually filled with environmental refrigerant. Avoid over- or under-filling according to the refrigerant type and filling amount marked on the chillernameplate.
Precautions:
- Ensure that the dust filters on both sides of the condenser are clean,and clean regularly;
- There should be a suction and exhaust space of not less than 300cm around the equipment.
- It is forbidden to install an air guide cover at the exhaust port.
- After the installation is completed, conduct a trial run to observe whether the equipment is operating normally without abnormal noise or vibration.
