WCW series — Water cooled box type water chiller

Industrial water chillers are divided into two types: air-cooled and water-cooled, mainly referring to the different condensers. Technically, water cooling is 300 to 500 kcal/h higher than air cooling; In terms of price, water cooling is much lower than air cooling; In the installation, water cooling needs to be incorporated into the cooling tower before use, and air cooling is mobile without other assistance. However, air cooled water chiller relies on the fan to dissipate heat, which has requirements for the ambient environment: such as ventilation, humidity, air PH value and etc...

    Scope of application

    Water cooled box type chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment which uses external cooling water source instead of fan to force heat transfer into the air. The energy efficiency ratio will be higher than air-cooled chiller. Usually water cooled chiller is used for the occasions with large cooling capacity, dust and high ambient temperature.

    • The water chiller has compact structure, small footprint and simple pipeline design, only needs to connect external water pipe.

    • Fully sealed compressor with superior performance and strong resistance to liquid shock
    • Man-machine interface: the chiller adopts well-known brand controller and control interface, digital display, one-click operation
    • Water pump tank: The unit adopts the overall design and manufacture, built-in standard efficient centrifugal pipeline pump, 304 stainless steel cold storage tank.
    • Environmentally friendly refrigerant is available,such as R407c, R134a or R410a and so on.

    Technical note:

    1.Refrigeration condition: The inlet temperature of frozen water is 12℃,the outlet temperature is 7°C, the inlet temperalure of cooling water is 30°C, and the outlet temperature is 35°C

    2.Safety scope of work: inlet temperature of chilled water is 9~25°C。

    3.Power supply: 3Ø 380V/50Hz(customized). Three-phase four-system is recommended, voltage fluctuation ±5%,frequency fluctuation ±2%.
