WSCW series — Water cooled screw type water chiller

Industrial water-cooled screw chillers are large-scale industrial refrigeration equipment that utilizes water-cooled condensers for heat dissipation and a screw compressor as the core refrigeration component. These water cooling units are suitable for centralized cooling or large-scale process cooling applications with high requirements for cooling capacity, continuous operating time, and energy efficiency.

Unlike air-cooled chillers, water-cooled screw chillers employ shell-and-tube heat exchangers for both the condenser and evaporator, and utilize a new high-efficiency heat exchanger structure design, increasing heat exchange efficiency by 30%. The evaporator tubes employ internal spiral grooves and external concave teeth technology to enhance heat transfer, while the condenser tubes employ internal spiral grooves and external twisted teeth technology, improving the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation temperature of both the evaporator and condenser, ultimately increasing the chiller's energy efficiency ratio.

TOBEL's water-cooled screw chillers mostly use HANBELL compressors and can be customized with Siemens control systems. They are typically designed for a service life of over 15 years, making them the preferred choice for large-scale industrial investments.
